Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 thinly sliced cucumbers
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped onion
2 tsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation
-
Mix vegetables. Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hours.
Keeps up to 3 weeks.
