1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
small peanut butter cups
Preparation

Cream margarine, peanut butter and sugar together.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Stir in flour, baking soda and salt.
Roll dough into forty 1-inch balls.
Place balls in small muffin tins; bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375\u00b0. Immediately after removing from oven, press peanut butter cups into center of each cookie until only top of peanut butter cup shows.
Leave in tins 10 minutes and then remove.
