Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. poultry dressing
    1/4 lb. cooked hamburger
    1 egg
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. anchovy paste
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Combine all but the last 3 ingredients; mix well, then stuff into seeded and split peppers.
    Arrange in baking dish; pour oil over them.
