Citrus Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
1 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. lemon peel, shredded
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 tsp. cornstarch
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. crushed basil
1 Tbsp. oil
2 c. broccoli
hot cooked rice
1/4 c. sliced almonds
Preparation

Thaw shrimp if frozen.
For sauce, combine next 7 ingredients; set aside.
Heat wok on high.
Fry broccoli in oil until crisp-tender; remove.
Fry shrimp 1/2 at a time until pink. Return all shrimp and veggies to wok; push to sides.
Pour sauce in center of wok; stir until thick and bubbly.
Stir all and cook 2 more minutes.
Serve with or over rice.
