Stoby'S Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. water (start with 3 c. and add more if needed)
    1 c. Coffee-mate
    1 lb. Velveeta
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. cumin
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    3/4 c. Pace picante sauce
    1/2 c. chili without beans
    1/2 c. flour
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Boil water and add Coffee-mate and cheese.
    Stir until melted. Make a paste of flour and butter.
    Add spices to paste.
    Add paste to cheese mixture.
    Add picante sauce and chili.
    Heat until well blended.
