Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery
2 c. chicken
3/4 c. rice, cooked
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Cook rice 15 minutes.
Put in baking dish.
Add chicken. Sprinkle celery on top, then mix soup, broth, mayonnaise and sour cream and pour over chicken.
Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
