Great Grandmother'S Lightning Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
milk (as needed)

Preparation

Grease and flour a 9 x 9-inch pan. Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Measure oil in a cup measure.
Add eggs and fill cup with milk.
Mix well and put in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Test with toothpick.
