Peaches 'N Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe

3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
3 Tbsp. softened margarine
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (1 lb.) can peaches, drained (reserve syrup)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. peach juice
sugar and cinnamon
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 10-inch pie pan.
Beat first 7 ingredients 2 minutes; pour into pie pan.
Arrange peaches on batter.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and peach juice; beat on high until smooth.
Arrange cheese on peaches, about 1-inch from edge of pie plate.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
