Garlic Croutons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (1 lb.) loaf Italian bread
    2 Tbsp. butter, softened
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Slice bread into 1/2-inch thick slices.
    Spread softened butter over 1 side of each bread slice.
    Sprinkle with garlic powder.
    Cut slices into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Place on baking sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until crisp and dry.
    Yields 4 cups.
