Brisket Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 lb. beef, trimmed
    1/4 c. Italian salad dressing
    1/4 bottle liquid smoke
    1/2 bottle Heinz 57 sauce
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Sprinkle beef with seasoned salt and black pepper.
    Marinate overnight in salad dressing and liquid smoke.
    Leave marinade in pan when ready to cook and add Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover with foil and cook 4 hours at 275\u00b0.
    Remove foil and pour Heinz 57 sauce over beef.
    Bake an additional hour, uncovered.
    Slice across the grain and enjoy.
