Mock Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans mock chicken
    1 tsp. oil
    16 oz. spaghetti sauce (Salsa Prima preferably)
    2 c. bread crumbs (Italian bread crumbs)
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (more if needed)
    1 egg
    garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Mix egg with garlic powder.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture and cover with chicken crumbs.
    Fry in oil until browned or crispy. Place crispy chicken in baking dish.
    Cover with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (cheese should completely cover the sauce in order to form a covering over the chicken).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
