Grandma Sellati'S Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lasagne noodles
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    12 oz. tomato puree
    1 lb. ground beef or ground pork (optional)
    1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    oregano
    1/2 c. sugar
    bay leaves
    salt
    pepper
    nutmeg
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    In Dutch oven, combine puree, paste, sugar, 1 bay leaf, dash of salt, onion, garlic, pepper and oregano to taste. Add water and heat to reach desired consistency.
    Add browned meat.
    Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
