"Souper" Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. bell pepper
    1/4 c. green onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel brand tomatoes
    1 lb. peeled deveined shrimp
    Tony's Creole seasoning
Preparation
    Skin and disjoint rabbit.
    Marinate overnight in enough red wine to cover, two pods garlic, olive oil, spices and a little thyme and bay leaf.
    Make a roux and in it fry rabbit pieces. Simmer for 1 hour or until tender on a slow fire with some of the strained marinade.
    Serves 4.
