Pepper Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    peppers
    salt
    water
    vinegar
    sugar
Preparation
    Be sure you
    get
    peppers
    with
    thick\tmeal.
    They are heavy. Wash peppers.
    Cut and take out seeds.
    Slice and soak in salt water 4 to\t5 hours, about 1/2 cup salt to 1 gallon of water. Rinse and heat
    in\tpure
    vinegar
    until
    hot.
    Put in jars.
    Heat 1 cup
    vinegar
    and
    1 cup sugar to your taste and pour over them; seal.
