Beet Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced beets, cooked and drained
2/3 c. celery, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 1/2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Drain
beets well; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients to\tmake
a
dressing.
Add beets to dressing; marinate for several hours.
Chill and serve.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
