Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. finely chopped carrots
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
1 1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation

Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add sugar, salad oil and eggs; mix well.
Add carrots, pineapple, nuts and coconut.
Blend thoroughly.
Bake in three 9-inch layer pans, greased and floured, at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
