Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. brown sugar
    8 pineapple slices
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Layer oleo, brown sugar and pineapple slices in 8 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Cream Crisco and sugar; then add beaten eggs, milk, vanilla and salt.
    Add flour and baking powder.
    Beat well and pour over pineapple slices.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
