Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 c. grated sharp cheese
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. mustard
2 or 4 slices bread
Preparation

Tear bread into small pieces.
Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish and butter.
Cook and drain sausage; put over bread. Add cheese, milk, eggs, salt and mustard over sausage.
Sprinkle extra cheese over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
