Marinated Tomatoes With Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    dash of pepper
    8 oz. packaged spinach or plain fettuccine
Preparation
    Toss together the chopped tomatoes, parsley, olive oil, garlic, basil and pepper; cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Cook fettuccine in boiling water until al dente; drain.
    Gently toss tomato mixture with fettuccine until well combined.
    Makes 8 side-dish servings.
