Lentil Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked lentils
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. cornflakes or cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can evaporated milk (13 oz.)
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Shape into a loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in oiled casserole dish for 45 minutes.
