Ravioli With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ravioli
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 carrot, shredded
    1 bunch broccoli, cut up
    6 mushrooms, sliced
    6 oz. cream
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
    4 oz. chicken broth
    4 Tbsp. Romano cheese
    4 oz. white wine
    salt and pepper to taste
    chopped parsley
    1 tomato, chopped
Preparation
    Heat oil in large frying pan and saute onion, garlic, carrot, broccoli, mushrooms and green pepper until tender.
    Add the rest of the ingredients except cream and cheese; let simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
