Ham Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. ground ham
4 to 5 eggs
2 c. oatmeal
1/2 green pepper, diced
2 c. vinegar
2 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. tomato juice
1/2 onion, chopped
4 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Can substitute turkey for ground beef.
Mix together meats, eggs, juice, onion, green pepper and oatmeal.
Shape into balls or use an ice cream scoop.
Place in pan and bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 250\u00b0.
