Baked Sausage Stuffing(Beryl) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    10 c. soft bread cubes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. rubbed sage
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Cook sausage, onion and celery until meat and vegetables are tender.
    Pour off drippings reserved.
    Add 1/4 cup melted butter. Mix bread, beaten eggs and broth.
    Place in a 2-quart
    casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 40 minutes.
    Uncover last 15 minutes.
