Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 squash, boiled and mashed
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. cheese, grated
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix ingredients all together and pour into pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until slightly brown.
