Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. spaghetti
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. Parmesan
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sour cream
    1 lb. Italian sweet sausage
    6 oz. tomato paste
    1 c. water
    6 oz. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    Break spaghetti in half.
    Cook in boiling, salted water; drain.
    While still warm, combine spaghetti with eggs and Parmesan.
    Pour into well-greased 10-inch plate; pat mixture up around sides.
    Melt butter; saute onion until limp.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Spoon over spaghetti.
    Remove sausage from casing; crumble and cook.
    Drain.
    Add tomato sauce and water.
    Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon sausage on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Add Mozzarella.
    Return to oven until melted.
