No Peeky Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 c. ginger ale
Preparation
    Throw all ingredients into a pot with a tight-fitting lid or a Pyrex baking dish that you can cover well and tight with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Do not peek!
    Serve over noodles.
    (I frequently double the recipe.)
