Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped ham (leftover baking ham works best)
5 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped onion
salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
In a 9 x 12-inch baking dish layer ham. Sprinkle with onion, flour, salt, pepper and potatoes.
Pour some of the milk over layer to moisten.
Repeat this process until all ingredients are gone.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
Bake 45 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
