South Texas Nachos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1/2 lb. unpeeled medium fresh shrimp
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced, pitted ripe olives, drained
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    8 doz. round tortilla chips
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil.
    Add shrimp and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Drain well. Rinse with cold water.
    Peel and devein shrimp; chop coarsely.
    Combine shrimp with chilies, olives, cheese, onions and mayonnaise.
    Place tortilla chips on a baking sheet; top with 1 1/2 teaspoons shrimp mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Makes 8 dozen.
