Chicken Curry(Serves 6 To 8 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. chicken, cooked and diced
    2 bunches broccoli
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. mayo
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small can muffin mix
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add chicken.
    Combine soup, mayo, lemon and curry in saucepan.
    Heat. Add to chicken and broccoli.
    Top with muffin mix, cheese and butter.
    Bake for 45 to 55 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Great at a buffet!
