Chicken In Cantaloupe Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts (2 lb.), cooked and cubed
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 1/4 c. (5 oz.) slivered almonds
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
    3/4 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    3 medium cantaloupes, chilled
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine chicken, celery, almonds and orange sections.
    In small bowl, blend together sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, ginger, orange peel, salt and nutmeg.
    Add just enough dressing to chicken to coat well.
    Chill.
