Tex-Mex Layered Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 (10 oz.) cans jalapeno bean dip
    2 c. chopped onions
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 (3 oz.) can ripe olives
    8 oz. cheese, shredded
    1 pkg. round tortilla chips
Preparation
    Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper in bowl. Combine the sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix in bowl; blend well.
    Spread bean dip on large platter.
    Layer avocado mixture and sour cream mixture over bean dip.
    Top with layers of onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
