Christmas Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
1 (12 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. ruby Port wine
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans; pecans are best)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation

Dissolve raspberry jello in 1 1/4 cups boiling water.
When cool, add whole cranberry sauce (juice and all).
Add can of crushed pineapple (drained).
Add ruby red wine.
Put in fridge until slightly set, then add chopped nuts.
Let mold.
