Pecan Pie Mini Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
2/3 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

In a bowl, combine first 3 ingredients. Set aside. Combine butter and eggs. Mix well. Stir into flour mixture until just moistened. Fill paper-lined miniature muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until tested done. Remove immediately to cool on wire racks. Makes 3 dozen mini-muffins.
