Cantonese Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork steak, cut into strips
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 small green pepper, cut into strips
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Place all ingredients into crock-pot.
    Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or high 3 hours.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
