Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes And Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. orange fleshed sweet potatoes (approximately 3 large), peeled and cut crosswise into 1/4-inch thick rounds
1 3/4 lb. tart green apples, peeled, halved, cored and cut into 1/4-inch slices
3/4 c. pure maple syrup
1/4 c. apple cider
1/4 c. unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass dish, alternate potatoes and apples in rows, packing tightly.
Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil and pour hot, over apples and potatoes.
