Orange Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. grated orange zest (colored part of peel)
    1 c. long-grain rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. water
Preparation
    In wide saucepan, heat oil.
    Add orange zest and rice; saute 2 minutes or until rice turns milky white.
    Add the salt and water; heat to boiling.
    Stir to mix; cover.
