Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
2 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
1 large kidney beans
1 (12 oz.) V-8 juice
salt and pepper to taste
chili powder to taste
Preparation

Brown ground chuck and onion.
Cook until done.
Drain well. Add all ingredients together, stir well and simmer several hours over low heat.
Check it every little bit to make sure it isn't sticking and stir.
(I love to cook this on our wood stove!)
