Fruit Cocktail Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans fruit cocktail (16 oz.), drained
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in a large bowl.
    Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup chopped nuts.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with Cool Whip.
