Chili Cheese Cubes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (12 oz.)
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese (12 oz.)
    2 (4 oz.) cans mild green chilies, drained, seeded and chopped
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat eggs until light.
    Stir together the flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to eggs; mix well.
    Fold in cheeses and chilies.
    Turn into a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes.
    Cut into small squares; serve hot.
    Makes 3 to 4 dozen appetizers.
