Mexican Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
4 Tbsp. Crisco shortening
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. tepid water
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix flour with salt and baking powder.
Cut in shortening.
Slowly add water.
Knead dough and roll into balls the size of golf balls.
Roll out flat and thin.
