Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Peel onion.
    Cut into 1/4-inch slices and separate into rings. Combine dry ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Add egg, milk and 1 teaspoon oil.
    Beat until smooth.
    Dip onion ring into batter.
    Fry in deep hot oil at 375\u00b0 until done.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
