Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box (4 egg equivalent) Egg Beaters
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 c. skim milk, scalded
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients.
    Add scalded milk gradually.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart pan.
    Set in pan with 1-inch water.
    Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until set. A silver knife inserted should come out clean.
