Smoked Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can pink salmon
    1 (8 oz.) carton whipped cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. red hot pepper sauce
    3 drops liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. half and half
Preparation
    Flake and drain salmon.
    Combine salmon, 4 ounces of the whipped cream cheese, chili sauce, dill weed, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, red hot pepper sauce and liquid smoke, blending well.
    Turn into a 2-cup mold.
    Cover; chill overnight.
    Unmold onto serving platter.
