Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head cabbage, shredded (about 1 1/2 c. packed)
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. salad dressing
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
paprika
Preparation

Combine cabbage and onion in a bowl.
Beat together vinegar, milk, salad dressing, salt and dry mustard.
Mix with cabbage. Cover and refrigerate several hours to let flavors blend. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
Serves 3.
