Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can corn, drained
    4 to 5 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
    6 to 8 fresh mushrooms, chopped (I usually use the entire tub of mushrooms)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
