Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9 5/8-inch) pie shell
8 slices bacon, cooked
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne
2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Heat
oven
to 350\u00b0.
Combine eggs, milk and seasoning; mix well.
Toss
cheese
with
flour.
Add cheese mixture and bacon to egg mixture.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
