Super Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut in strips
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 clove garlic, minced, or garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. green pepper strips
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 can tomatoes
    1 c. tomato juice, drained from can of tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown beef in hot oil; add garlic and cook for 5 minutes.
    Add soy sauce, salt, water and vegetables.
    Cook for 45 minutes.
    Stir in cornstarch that has been blended with tomato juice.
    Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
