Barbecue Hamburgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
1 c. diced celery
1 large onion, diced (1 or 2 c., more or less to taste)
Preparation

Mix meat and bread crumbs.
Make into patties.
Fry.
Combine all ingredients and simmer until celery is tender.
Add patties and simmer 1/2 to 1 hour.
