Teriyaki Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. sugar (may use brown sugar)
    3 slices minced ginger (from ginger root)
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    black pepper
    1/3 c. white wine
Preparation
    Marinate beef or chicken several hours or overnight.
    Brush with honey.
    Broil couple of minutes on each side.
    Burn them a little bit.
