Ham And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. lean chopped cooked ham
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    1 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
    2/3 c. Ritz or saltine cracker crumbs (about 15)
    1 1/2 c. milk (may use skim or low-fat)
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Saut the onions in margarine until soft. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
